The year was 2006 and we were having an issue with finding someone to care for our Mother/Mother-in-law, Rosemary.  She had taken a fall and like in so many cases, her health had deteriorated from that point forward.The family went looking for assistance in providing care. The availability of care she needed was not found. There were options, but none were the quality of care she deserved. Our Sister/Sister-in-law Jean found Visiting Angels via the internet. After further research, we all went to Philadelphia to check things out for ourselves. It became obvious that Visiting Angels believed in building the relationships with the family and working with their loved ones throughout their years.

You must understand, none of us were looking for work. We became aware of the opportunity to help ourselves, while also helping so many other seniors and their families in need.

We decided to go forward by opening a Visiting Angels agency in the Orlando/Winter Park area. This happened too late to benefit our Rosemary, although she was aware of our plans before her passing.

For the past 4 years we have been dedicated to providing the quality service that would have made Rosemary  proud. We have made a commitment to ourselves to treat each and every recipient in the same manner we would treat our own Mother. We have looked for areas that need special attention and have worked hard to close these gaps.

We know it doesn’t always happen, but we thrive on seeing our recipients getting better and eventually not depending on our assistance.

We agree choosing someone to aid in the caring for your loved ones should be done with patience and understanding. Everyone’s needs are different and require different approaches.

We are trustworthy, sincere, and honest and have only the well being of your loved ones on our mind.
